“Friendly staff. Good sized portions. Not sure if they are, but the eggs taste very fresh (hey - it’s Oley. Farms everywhere- if a place serves eggs around here they should be local and fresh.). Cash only establishment but there is an ATM on site. One thing - I like hot tea with honey and sometimes the honey packets aren’t that good. Dark and gloppy(it’s probably fine - just unappetizing looking as it’s dropping into my tea). I know you probably have to buy a hundred at a time and don’t give out that much so (just a suggestion), it might be better to just not offer it. I consider it a “bonus condiment” lol. If server says “sorry we don’t have honey”and I end up using sugar - it’s not a big deal…and I would have just stopped writing after my compliment lol. I do love your place. It’s cozy.“

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

Their drink selection is impressive, featuring great craft beers and well-made cocktails. What really makes it shine is the friendly and attentive service and the lively, comfortable atmosphere. “Y'all, we went to Sunrise Mount Penn Deli (on Carsonia, where Jake's used to be) for lunch today, and I have got to say, we had the best chicken cheese steak and fries ever, their smoothies are made with the freshest fruit and veg and taste like a dream (we tried banana, mango, pineapple), and their ice cream (especially the coffee) is to die for. Everyone who works there is so friendly and happy, singing along with Sylas and getting to know us all. Hugs and smiles and just happiness all around in that place. We can't wait to go back!“

“We ordered the catering and bar package from K’Town Pub for our wedding, and we were beyond impressed with the entire team! From the start, we knew we wanted our wedding dinner to be from them - it’s one of our favorite spots and very special in our hearts, and they absolutely delivered!! The BBQ pulled chicken and pork were a huge hit with our guests, and the mac & cheese (our personal favorite dish) was as incredible as ever. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly served. Our favorite bartender, Jen, worked that night, and she, along with the entire bar team, were fantastic. The entire staff working were friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly all evening. It truly made the night feel extra special having familiar faces there celebrating with us. Coordinating with Jeromy was seamless from start to finish, he made the planning process so easy and stress-free. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing. My wife and I signed our venue contract one-year to the date ahead of our big day, with a different coordinator, one who ultimately ended up transitioning to a different organization just a week before our tasting was scheduled. For a couple planning a wedding, especially so close to their big day, this would normally have been an incredibly stressful change to hear about, however, we were expeditiously contacted by Hannah and met her days later at our tasting – immediately after meeting her we knew we were in great hands, and we both agree that our initial impression was spot on. Hannah’s attention to detail, flexibility, and knowledge have continued to impress ourselves, our parents, and our guests who experienced a phenomenal wedding just this past weekend. “This is our go-to-place on Saturdays. The staff is very friendly, the food is tasty, and the price is right. We recommend the Patty Melt, Fresh Cut Fries and the Unsweetened Iced Tea. Delicious!!!!! This has quickly become our favorite place to eat.“
