“Best Chinese food in Oley and surrounding areas! Chicken is always tender and not chewy, their egg rolls are just perfect and we love their lo mein. I always get frustrated when some restaurants just add in a bunch of broccoli stems in their food and Hong Kong has a good mix of all veggies in their meals. We go here frequently. Definitely recommend!“

“My mother-in-law has tried there a few times and has spoke very highly of their food. My husband and I finally decided to try take-out tonight and we can't believe how everything turned out. The vegetable spring rolls were amazing as well as our szechuan chicken and ginger chicken. Both spicy dishes. Usually, I would add red pepper flakes to my dish, but this time I did not. It was deLICious. We will definitely be ordering there again. 5 Stars here for sure.“

“I always pass it by...it never looks busy, but I stopped today and I'm not going to gatekeep this place. The food was 10/10. The eggrolls, the fried wontons, the chicken wings, the general, the boneless ribs, the fried rice....all perfectly prepared. Please check this place out...they deserve a blessing. “All of the food was really good and there was plenty in each container. My go to order at a new place is Singapore Mei fun, hot and sour soup and an egg roll and spring roll. The Singapore Mei fun is the best I’ve had in years outside of a couple places in Chester County and of course, downtown Philly. The egg and spring rolls were stuffed with nice fresh veggie ingredients and were cooked perfectly. The hot and sour soup had plenty of vegetables and tofu, and was just spicy enough! I’ve lived in Berks County for the past 11 years and this is the first place that I can say makes really good Chinese food. I just moved into this part of the county in November and I am very happy having found this place! Kudos to the owners and chef!“

Vegetarian options: I order the mixed vegetable or chinese mixed veg. The broccoli in garlic sauce, large vegetable soup. They have other things you can choose and, steamed options as well.“

Over the years in Exeter Township, we would alternate between China Penn, Joyful House in Douglassville, Best China Chef, and Family Garden in the city, the latter two being hit or miss for several months. I saw some positive local reviews for Lucky House and so glad I tried it. Recommend the teriyaki beef on a stick, General Tso’s chicken, and the shrimp roll had two decent size shrimp in it that were tasty. General Tso’s was super spicy. Despite that, it was light, crispy, flavorful, and just really good. It was fresh, didn’t stick together, and was not overcooked and dry like some we have had. Will definitely order from here next time.“

“Orange chicken is a 5/5 but you have to make sure you eat it from the bottom where all the tasty juices are waiting for you! Beef lo mein was absolutely amazing, highly recommend. Service was great, very friendly.

“Grabbed take out, did not dine in. Dining in is probably not great as the seating area is very small but the food is outstanding. The best item I've had from this place is general tso chicken. It's made properly. Most places make it just like sesame chicken with out the sesame seeds, but they make it right and you can adjust the level of spice you want. I of course get it extra hot each time. It's loaded with Chili's and it's perfect. Love the food here. Rice is good, lol mein is good. Everything is delicious.

“I was there yesterday and the selection is overwhelming...so much to choose from. I had the Thai chicken panang with a coconut curry creme sauce and fried rice. It was so good! Crispy spring rolls were great too and as a lunch special it was only $8.50. I took home another dish to try "Triple Delight" but I bet I will love it too. They also are fine if a large group wants to come as long as you give them notice. I will be back soon...I mean it's seriously good food!“

“This is our second time ordering delivery here. Takes about 20-25 min to come even when they state 45-55. Our food always comes piping hot and tastes so good. Today I had shrimp egg foo young. The seasonings are superb. It boasted peas and carrots as well as onions in the egg. Delight in every bite with a side of brown sauce to add to my delicious meal. Thank you Mandarin wok..we will continue to order from here.“
