Every time I go this this dairy cream the blizzards are always way melted! I was there just today 07/28/24 and again very runny and I can tell you the ice cream is not sitting. I seen they get the ice cream so the machines must be turned up in a way that doesn’t get the ice cream quite as cold.
Very disappointed. Went through the drive thru tonight. I had been waiting for weeks to have my first pumpkin pie blizzard of the season. Sad to say, it was melted/very soupy and there were no pie chunks in it! My husband’s Oreo hot cocoa blizzard was also melted. It’s weird, we didn’t have a long wait. Dairy Queen (Treat) offers a variety of treats, including small vanilla cones and Blizzards. The service is generally friendly, with staff providing good customer service and often saying "My Pleasure." Customers have enjoyed seasonal options like the "Frozen Hot Chocolate," and the treats are prepared quickly. The store is clean and bright, providing a nice respite from hot weather. However, the drive-thru can be very slow, with wait times sometimes lengthy. Some customers have experienced issues with portion sizes and pricing, noting that the small vanilla cone is a "child's portion" and the Blizzard can cost "over $3.00." The menu options can be confusing at times, with instances of being charged for a different item than ordered. Additionally, some drinks, like the small strawberry milkshake, may need bigger straws as strawberries can be too big to fit through the current ones.
