“By chance i googled pizza places near our hotel and this place came up 5 minutes from where we were staying. Needless to say this was the best New York Style pizza i have ever had. “I’ve visited the creamery at the farm and in their store. This is the best ice cream I’ve eaten!! I also had a pastry for breakfast. I think was called a rolled pastry or similar. It has several layers of ham and cheese inside a really tasty buttery pastry that looks like a French croissant. It was delicious!!”

“We were visiting Lancaster for a few days and I wanted to stop here 1- because it looked so cute and 2- to find some good food that wasn’t “kid food” (family vacation problems lol). “Such an amazing shop!!! They have TONS of handmade products included quilted items and woodwork. As well as canned goods and baked goods.

They also sell handmade soft pretzels, ice cream, lemonade and root beer. The pretzels were the best I ever had!! So good.

There is a playground for the kids to burn off some energy and some farm animals that you can feed! The goats were adorable.

Definetly make time to stop here on your trip to Amish country!”

“This was something like my 3rd visit. It is an absolute must when coming to Amish Country. Make it a jumping off place for your exploring. The baked goods are amazing, the service is friendly, efficient and well thought out and the ambiance lets you begin to feel that you have really stepped away from your busy, modern life. Great for families, tourists or those who just want a to slow down.”

We have been coming to Eagle Cafe weekly since they opened and with each visit we have had impeccable Service, Amanda, Jody and Danielle are fantastic. The male host is quick with greeting patrons and seating promptly, he is such a kind young man. The owner over sees and assists to ensures meal preparation is executed with detail and accuracy. The Kitchen staff / team do an awesome job executing some of the best food we have had in the area for quite some time. what a gem this place is !!!”

“What a wonderful place to stop in have a bite to eat at the cafe some coffee and some ice cream .They have other things to purchase while you wait. Lots of Amish goodies to take home. They have a children's barn type play area inside . I 💯 will be coming back. Wish I had more time to walk around”

“We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.

Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.”
