“Grew up down the road been coming here since they opened In like 2010 I think it was… owners paid for my stuff at turkey hill twice and i never asked for it. And they have never made a mistake on any order of mine. The food is great too. The cicilan is fire. Prices are affordable“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“A very neat, family-friendly italian restaurant. I enjoyed being served there on a trip to Pennsylvania. We had spaghetti with meat sauce and shrimp scampi, which were really delicious. Buttery bread stick was also available. We were lucky to get a table as soon as we arrived, so we didn't have to wait, as there was a long line in and out of the restaurant when we came out. The restaurant is in a very good location with free parking. Very busy and popular restaurant with young friendly staff.“

“I was in town for an event / work and needed to grab a quick bite. walked into sal's ! the guy behind the counter took my order. “Texas native here for work — and man, I wish we had pizza this good back home in the DFW area! I don’t usually leave food reviews, but this place deserved it. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the counter made me feel genuinely welcome — like we’d known each other for years. That kind of hospitality is rare and appreciated. The food? “What a hidden gem! This little Italian spot completely blew me away. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff treat you like family from the second you walk in.
The food is fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned (not greasy at all). The shrimp Alfredo was rich and creamy, with tender shrimp and pasta that tasted homemade. The pizza had that perfect crispy crust, and the garlic bread was the best one I have ever tried!
It’s not a huge place, but that’s what makes it so special. You feel like you’ve stumbled into a true neighborhood treasure. If you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food in a relaxed, friendly setting, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Usually I like this place..yesterday not so much. I ordered a ham and cheese sub, it came on a hard roll..like a Peta pocket or something..and with provolone cheese, which I hate! And the service was terrible! After we waited for 10 minutes for a table to be wiped down..Our waitress stood in the corner sharing stuff off her phone with the other waitress almost the entire time we dined!“

“Incredible Pizza — I’ll Be Back! I don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh dough and melted cheese was amazing — I knew right away I was in for something good. The pizza was perfect. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had just the right amount of char. The sauce was rich and flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese… well, let’s just say they know what they’re doing. Every topping tasted fresh and thoughtfully chosen. What really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, and it was clear they care about their food and their customers. They made us feel welcome, which isn’t something you get everywhere. Bottom line: if you’re craving great pizza, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back — probably sooner than I should!“

“This is our normal go to place to order pizza but today was a little special. We had ordered a large pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni in the shape of a number 4 for our daughter's 4th birthday today and a large cheese pizza. Not only did they make the 4 but they also left a little note for her in the box. Then when it was delivered the young man who delivered made sure to wish her a happy birthday. Thank you guys for doing this for her.“

“I have had Celiac for 5 years and let me tell you this gluten free pizza is the best thing I have had !!! I got the white pizza. Just let me say OH MY GOSH !!! The texture is perfect and the vegetables and cheese were spot on too. I WISH THERE WAS ONE NEAR ME. !!!!!“

“By chance i googled pizza places near our hotel and this place came up 5 minutes from where we were staying. Needless to say this was the best New York Style pizza i have ever had. Friendly staff and honestly people who you can tell appreciate the art of pizza making and dang, wish we had this in Ohio!“
