Can't give it zero stars but would due to poor personnel management. 1pm on Tuesday and the dining room isn't open because they don't have enough people. Handle your business better, Wendy's.
Drove up to the drive thru, the car in front of me had to say hello to get someone to talk to them. When I was next, I had to say hello several times, before someone acknowledged me. There were four cars behind me. And Sunday at 1pm, the drive thru person said Wendy's stopped serving food. No explanation, it was odd, and it was really poor communication and poor customer service. This isn't the first time at this Wendy's. Wow, really?!
Waited in line for 15 minutes because the cashier said his all of his coworkers were putting away the truck….worst Wendy’s location ever!
