The manager personally brought the new burger out to us, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was excellent. Great customer service!“

“I want say that my expectations were fully exceeded by my visit on Tuesday (12/9) to TGIF (Quakertown). I found an old gift card and brought it into see if it still had value. The early mid day manager could not have been nicer in getting me set up with the full value of my card. We returned later that evening and had a terrific waitress who took great care and enthusiasm during our visit. The food was perfectly prepared , steak exactly cooked as ordered, fresh al dente broccoli and well seasoned rice. My dining partner enjoyed the generously portioned Cobb salad. All in all a great experience.“
