The staff are very pleasant. The food has been fresh and hot. I just don't understand why they ask me if I would like to use the kiosk when there is no line of customers. Why wouldn't I just order from the employee standing at the register?

Fastest service I’ve ever gotten from a McDonalds when I entered to order takeout. I was in and out in 3 minutes and they were very attentive to my order, which is great for when I’m on break delivering packages.
