“Had a bad day today , grandpa went to hospital so I came here to get him food during his stay , the 2 guys (big dudes no offence) were very nice and even asked about my day. Gave me a bit of hope for the day that is not going so well. Even wished him a good recovery . Sorry I didn't get their names but thank you and grandpa really enjoyed the sandwich. I'll be sure to come back with him next time“

“The [female] Manager (Alzira) at this location is by far the nicest person and the reason I come to this location! She has provided me and my family with exceptional service and attention to detail on our orders whether dining in or taking out. If there has been an issue or delay, she has gone above and beyond to make it better! The food is also always served hot and the sandwiches are made to order. I would recommend this location if you are in search of eating a Popeyes meal!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“Five guys really does have the best burgers when compared to other franchise burger places. Fries are great also. The prices have gone crazy though. A double cheeseburger, little fries and a soda costs around $21. That's kinda crazy, but still a really good burger“

I wanted to get a no spice for one kid and the lite mild or whatever the next step up is for the other. Ended up getting them the strips but still. At least that was the online order limitations. “I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

“I stopped in to get a meal on 10/21/25 around 5:30-6 pm and I was served the most perfect burger I’d ever seen from a fast food restaurant. I looked like a commercial burger on tv. Whoever worked that day in the kitchen deserves a raise immediately. I hope whoever made it sees this 👍“

“This location prepared 30 catering boxes of subs and 4 boxes of fresh made chocolate chip cookies for me for a Christmas party I hosted today for our employees. The entire large order was ready on time when I picked it up and they provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch? A great, simple way to show appreciation to our team! This location made it very easy!! I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike's for catering pick up! “This location is legit. Clean, fast, good with the order tickets coming through and balancing the drive through. These guys run a tight shift and dealt with some very difficult customer with aplomb. Also one of the only locations that still has the Grinch fries.
