“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“Large improvement in the service and quality in the last two months. Before the accuracy of drive thru was 50%. Past two months has been 100%. No recent parking and walking inside for correction while frosties melt. All good now. Food has also been fresh and packed better too. Highly recommend this location. Great team with energy and positive attitude.“

“Wife and I ate here several months ago. We thought it was good value for the food. We had the one sandwich, tender with fries. The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. Not as good as what you find in Nashville, but the freshness of the tender and sandwich earned it 5/5. The fries were decent, but not the star of the show.“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. “I only visit this Abington location or the Hunting Park location because the young people working at both locations are always respectful. When an error is made they listen and make it right.

During my previous visit I explained that my chicken had not been seasoned properly. When I returned yesterday they made sure my chicken was seasoned all the way through. Their willingness to correct mistakes is very important to me.

The store is always clean and my food is always fresh. I will continue coming back to these two locations because of the excellent customer service.“

“I was lucky enough to be here on opening day and decided to make a return visit. Quality and service were fantastic just as it was day one. I'll make sure to spread the word to others. Great value too; for $14 I got a bowl that kept me full all day.“

“It's not the biggest DQ, but it does have like 6 tables inside and the staff is generally very nice. I am pretty sure (about 80%) they don't serve food other than ice cream and other frozen treats. So, don't come looking for burgers and such. That's really all it would take to make this 5 star.“

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

“My husband and I have been loyal customers to this Tony Roni‘s for years, Tony Roni’s is so good that we drive from Glenside to this particular Tony Roni‘s in Spring House for many reasons. The food is extremely good, and extremely fresh. We have had salads we’ve had pasta dishes, and we’ve had pizza in particular lately. We like to get their cheesesteaks
they are extremely large fair portion and the beef is delicious. I did note the last time that they had made a change in the beef and they told me it was the ribeye beef, but I preferred the older, traditional beef. I thought it was more tender and they kept it so that you have a choice of both ribeye and the traditional, tender beef. I don’t know if anyone else had noticed that. In my opinion, the traditional beef is more tender.
But I appreciate the courtesy and personal service that Louis the manager remembered me and said we have the traditional beef as well! I thought that was excellent, I guess you can see why my husband and I when we have the urge for good Italian food or pizza and cheesesteak. We take the trip over to Spring House..

“This is an old style Dairy Queen where you walk up to one window to order and the other to receive your item. There is no indoor seating, so unless you want to eat in your car, this is not a location to go to in inclement weather. The staff are always friendly, and they do make very good blizzards.“
