Ive been here several times, always amazing quality food! The Ethiopian food is really well spiced and tender meat, lots of vegetarian options too. Smoothies, great coffee, and some simple wraps and sandwiches as well. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Nice to eat in but also casual enough to chill if youre coming by yourself. Huge portions, I usually take leftovers. Super close to Rittenhouse Square!
Very delicious food. Great variety of dishes. I've been to a couple of Ethiopian restaurants, but they had even more dishes available here than I've seen before. Friendly staff.
It is an ethiopian restaurant which is quite small. Since we are vegetarians, we ordered two dishes here:
1. Combination of all of veg dishes above $17.50
2. Foule: Hearty chili like broad beans, smashed and spiced, then garnished with fresh diced tomatoes, green pepper and onions. $15.50
The first item came with several vegetarian side dishes and ethiopian bread. This tasted some thing like south indian Dosa. But it was quite sour in taste.
