$54 of trash . Waited 15 minutes for our drinks because they didn’t have ice up front . The boneless wings was overcooked . Asked for a well done steak but got a bloody steak . Gave me back my original steak and it tasted like they put it in the microwave . The 4 cheese macaroni and tenders was bad . The tenders was way overcooked and there was not 4 cheeses in that macaroni . It tasted like Alfredo and most of the noodles had no sauce on them . The whiskey drink and mostly sour mix in it and I tasted no whisky at all . This is the first time in my life that everything I was served was terrible . Also it was empty in there so they can’t blame it on being crowded . I sat at the bar and it was only 1 other couple there and 3 others seated and the tables . First and last Time I will be coming here

There wasn't a lot of people inside of the restaurant but they still took a very very very long to bring out our cold food. My party was a size of 5 and every single dish was cold, over cooked, or under cooked. The server looked like he didn't want to be there. Tables weren't clean. TABLES still had last customers food on top. Didn't think this location service would have been like this. Waste of money and time. Even my order for water was wrong... I don't ever have to come to this location again. I hope they get better in the near future.
This place has gone downhill big time. As a family, between 2013-2017 we would eat here twice a week. Loved it.From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the attention to detail along with prompt service.My daughter and I walked out this evening after we were seated and not served after 15 minutes. Wake up my friends.Praying that things turn around.

Honestly, I don't know how they have a 4-star rating. My first and last Applebee's experience.They didn't ring in the food for the birthday celebrating person of the group, gave us dirty sharing plates for us to share, gave a burger that was very much undercooked for a medwell burger and didn't bring the wings sauce on side.The manager touched with the table and addressed only 1 issue, making it seem like not much had gone wrong.Id love to return but 2 meals just taken off doesn't fix an experience ruined.
Its a crime to charge $20 for this excuse for a salad. The lettuce was half rotten with sludge on it, almost no toppings. It makes me sad too because i used to order this as a kid and was always blown away and it never looked this bad in quality or size or tasted this bland.

We eat here once a month before our horticulture meeting. Foods good and service is hit or miss. The attitude of the staff is always friendly and polite.
I’ve visited 3 of these restaurants brand in NY but I feel the food fresher and better customer service from the one in Brooklyn , in the Juntion Triangle . I dont know the waitress name but she has been so nice and professional , always on point and she make your stay affordable and help you with options and if you need to try something new she will give you a hand ! I recommended !

Went to the Ardmore location. I figured that doing take out would be faster than dining in, but realized after waiting as long as I did that I would've been better off dining in. I go the Cajun shrimp Alfredo with extra protein. After waiting upwards of an hour for the food I get to my cat only to realize that they hadn't included the extra protein and had to go back and wait an extra 20-30 minutes. They comped French fries, but the meal seemed to be dry as there wasn't much Alfredo sauce and it just didn't give me the wow I was looking for when eating it.

I come to this location frequently on my lunch break. I'm usually very delighted and satisfied with the service. Except for this week there was a lot of drama it seemed like. My coworkers and I had a table and sat at the bar a couple times and every time happened to have the same lady. She was rude constantly on her phone when coming to the table or behind the bar. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken eventually the manager took care of us and the manager was sweet as can be and more professional. Lastly our server was a TOTAL COMPLAINER. Every time we went there she was complaining about something. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed
This applbees is now my regular chill/eat stop.The atmosphere is chill and welcoming.My favorite server/bartender is the young lady Gianna, she always treats me with respect and makes sure i have a great experience everytime i come in. She has definitly made me a regular here now. friends and i now come multiple times a week.
