Went to the Ardmore location. I figured that doing take out would be faster than dining in, but realized after waiting as long as I did that I would've been better off dining in. I go the Cajun shrimp Alfredo with extra protein. After waiting upwards of an hour for the food I get to my cat only to realize that they hadn't included the extra protein and had to go back and wait an extra 20-30 minutes. This applbees is now my regular chill/eat stop.The atmosphere is chill and welcoming.My favorite server/bartender is the young lady Gianna, she always treats me with respect and makes sure i have a great experience everytime i come in. She has definitly made me a regular here now. friends and i now come multiple times a week.

I’ve visited 3 of these restaurants brand in NY but I feel the food fresher and better customer service from the one in Brooklyn , in the Juntion Triangle . I dont know the waitress name but she has been so nice and professional , always on point and she make your stay affordable and help you with options and if you need to try something new she will give you a hand ! I recommended !
