We were not addressed when we walked in. But we did receive our food timely and the temperature was perfect. Presentation of items was good. The restaurant dining area was very clean.
My family and I went to Arby's located outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall on 8/19/24 and enjoyed everything. No crowd inside. Quick and efficient service. Not a long wait for food preparation and it was neat, hot and good. Previously, only had milkshakes from Arby's. This time ordered Greek Gyro (Lamb Meat), Bourbon BBQ beef brisket sandwich and Chicken Sandwich #6 on menu with crinkle fries, curly fries, Strawberry Milkshakes and 2 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies....
