I love this chain! They have a great variety and are a nice break from the typical bubble tea shops we have in this area, with more diverse toppings and add-ins. There are so many types of che to choose from and the pandan waffles are amazing. The flavor is subtle and the texture is perfect: Chewy inside and crispy outside.
I ordered the mangonada smoothie (mango with chamoy and chili lime seasoning and a tamarindo straw). I got 50% sugar and I paid a little extra to change the base to coconut milk. It turns out that the drink was already dairy free so they upgraded me to a large instead and left a note on my receipt (since I ordered delivery), which was a nice surprise.
