Found y'all on door dash, glad I did! Best BBQ in Philadelphia. I cook cook n know good food so others people's food really don't be impressing me, but whoever is cooking here can cook for me ANY TIME💯💯💯
I had to write this review for a few reasons, customer service was outstanding, the food was everything I read on their reviews before I went...the young lady that takes the order @the counter was very mannerable. The wife or the owners wife? Maybe threw in a potato salad on top of the 2 platters I purchased😋 ribs amazing, mac n cheese, cabbage & that fish & shrimp platter oh my! I'll be back
I ordered a Beef Brisket platter and they did not disappoint!!! Full of flavor!!! The sides was amazing as well.

Based on the reviews, Big Grill Barbecue is a spot for soul food and BBQ, with a focus on smoked meats. The meat is smoked to perfection and has just the right amount of flavor. The ribs are amazing, cooked perfectly, meaty, and the bbq sauce is out of this world. A good brisket doesn’t need barbecue sauce; it is PERFECTION and the best in Philly. The portions and sides are also good, including potato salad, sweet potatoes, green beans, and smoked chicken salad. The coleslaw is how a mama taught it back home. The place is extremely clean and customer service is top notch. There is a free rewards program. However, some reviews note it is expensive, and one order from DoorDash had issues with a soggy bread and missing coleslaw and extra sauce. The beans and rice were heavy on the pepper but otherwise bland. Despite this, many customers found their spot and can’t wait to go back.
