Blank Street is a new spot in Philly and a perfect place to get a good coffee that’s super close by. It is the place to be for anything matcha. The seasonal cinnamon bun matcha is a favorite, and extra matcha is available for an extra cost. The service is awesome, and the staff is super cute, lovely, and capable. The café is clean and aesthetic, with sweet flavors and good prices. Early in the day is the best time to go, though the staff keeps the flow consistent and speedy when there is a line. The vibe is slower and more curated than franchise coffee shops. The matcha is poured in front of you at the pick up counter using a measured cup, so the matcha consistency is there, and the matcha syrups are the perfect sweetness.
