Really tasty! Not as good as Germany but the next best thing. I loved the curry wurst, though the sauce was a bit cold. I highly recommend the cheese curds. The schnitzel sandwich was good but not my favorite schnitzel I’ve ever had. This was a cute place and I recommend! It’s great when the weather is nice because they open up the doors and windows and let the breeze flow in.
BRU has a decent happy hour if you’re just looking to grab a quick, reasonably priced drink in Center City. However, the food was a major letdown. Everything we ordered fell completely flat, and I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here. Go for the drinks, but plan on getting food somewhere else.
Great spot in Center City. The smash burger pairs perfectly with their extensive beer list. Upbeat atmosphere and attentive service at the bar.
