I had a maple French toast bagel with honey sriracha cream cheese. I was kind of experimenting with the flavors, and it came out as a pretty good combination. The bagel tasted great and it seemed like it had been fresh, but was kind of soft and almost soggy which makes me think it was microwaved instead of toasted. There was only one guy running the whole thing on a Monday evening in July. Needless to say, it was slow and took a long time to get one bagel. But, the silver lining was….the bagel was delicious. We got the bacon, avocado, tomato, egg on an everything bagel. It was soft and gooey and delicious. The cost was over $12 with tax but that’s normal for airport food.
This low key cafe was definitely a bit of a walk from my gate. Worth it!
