“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Ok so I’ve been twice the first time I went I wasn’t too sure if I liked the double smash burger so I went back and I can say I now know why! This time I got the double heat smash burger. The smash patty itself was very bland, no seasoning not even salt and pepper, the house sauce which goes on the burger isn’t spread nor sweet enough you can hardly taste the relish, and the heat sauce was mid it literally had no flavor just spice. The fries and the milkshake are pretty good tho as well as the customer service!“

I love to take friends and family there for not only their selection at the bar and a delicious and creative menu, but the service and atmosphere are just what you need to feel at home while also enjoying your time out. “Friendly and professional staff, answered all my questions politely. My cheesesteak was everything I hoped for and more. Steak was tender, perfect amount of cheese, bread was firm outside (but didn’t hurt my mouth after every bite) and soft inside, and it came out HOT. Hopefully ownership can get a bigger place one day and have a bigger restroom (dare I say two restrooms?).

Most impressive part is that I came on a Monday, so I was fearful I wouldn’t get quality service and food. This place lives up to the hype! Highly recommend!“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

“I literally just came down to get some groceries from Asian Fresh and afterwards I saw this cute place. I decided to go in and get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with 2 spicy wing dings and a soda. The chicken was super fresh and crispy. It was delicious I was very happy with my purchase, I'm so happy with it I have to return. I live how the food was made to order and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. Can't wait to dine in.“

“Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.

“We traveled to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the Labor Day Week/Weekend from North Carolina. We tried a couple other cheese-steaks, by far Sonny’s Cheese Steaks were the best! Hope to one day make the 8 1/2 hour trip again! Fries were good too wit wiz!“

Hold the “special” sauce!That burger was really good. Nice cook. I did see a griddle so these bad boys are not like flame grilled. The burger was slightly larger than the bun which I liked cause who wants to OD on bread. Nice, fresh lettuce and tomato. All groovy. The crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy without being greasy or over salted. That meal hit the spot! And you know it was around $16 which is a little excessive except when you understand you’re in a stadium where highway robbery is perfectly legal. A bottle of water is $5.So Shake Shack is for real in my view. I would go in again for a replay on that burger and fries.Well I can’t give a hamburger joint a 5, can I?But I say Shake Shack is at the top of the hamburger food chain! Yes. It is. “Went on the spur of the moment. Ordered an eight piece meal with two sides. Spicy and regular chicken and fries and cole slaw. Delicious! The chicken was fresh, not greasy and crunchy and so very good. The cole slaw was very good and the fries were ok. The staff person was very nice.“

Our waiter greeted us right away, opened our wine and was able to answer any questions we had. He was very attentive throughout the entire meal. The food was excellent! The portions were great, too.
