Canto House offers authentic and fantastic cuisine, with highlights like the roast duck, wonton with a whole shrimp, and the house special fried rice. The restaurant is casual and has a friendly atmosphere. The food arrives quickly and is consistently good, with many dishes being fresh and hot. The crispy shrimp wonton is considered the best anywhere, and the hot and sour soup is also popular. Some of the best "two meats on rice" in Chinatown are served here, especially the pork belly known as "Crispy Pig." Egg rolls are pretty good, and the Ham Sui Gok are tasty but have very little meat. Service is quick, and prices are very competitive. The restaurant is mostly a take-out place with a few tables available. Parking can be limited, and dine-in may not always be available, but the food and attentive staff make it a family-owned establishment worth visiting. It is wheelchair accessible.
