Went to Reading Terminal for a veggie cheese steak sandwich. Hadn't been back home in years and now I have a veggie diet. I tried their version. Philly bread, as always, was amazing; The seitan was good. I couldn't believe when I asked the order clerk to suggest the best cheese for me as I ended up with Cheese Whiz! After I paid and found a table, I was dissapointed. The Whiz nearly ruined the meal. Thank heavens, the French Fries were decent. It pays to know your cheese!
