Castellino's Italian Market Reviews
Highly recommend this local Fishtown family owned establishment. The grocery selection is fabulously curated and don’t get me started on the hoagies 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. Love to love this place. All the vibes. ♥️✌️
First trip to Castellino’s yesterday afternoon as a new member of the Fishtown community! They were very kind and introduced themselves. Bru (sp?) was especially generous enough to help me find the ricotta cheese 💕 thank you!! I picked up all of the Italian girl essentials with no problem! I will definitely be back to try their sliced deli items!
They have so many different foods to choose from. All of their hoagies are yummy! And they sell all different kinds of meats, cheeses, olives, salads, etc.. we love them!!

Castellino's Italian Market is a hidden gem in Fishtown, offering the best sandwiches in town at fair prices. The fig pig and other delicious options are unreal, with fresh-cut meats and generous portions. This tiny market also has a great selection of high-quality Italian foods, including cheese, wine, pasta, and panettone, as well as imported niche pantry items like French demi-sel butter. The friendly staff provides excellent service, even calling to check on substitutions. With reasonable prices and a welcoming vibe, it’s an amazing neighborhood spot. The shop has fun offerings to browse while waiting, and the bread is amazing with every ingredient being fresh. Customers often enjoy trying different sandwiches, such as the Caprese, hoagie, and Franklin, which features standout bacon jam. Desserts like tiramisu are highly recommended. The market has a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for a quick lunch or weekend picnic, and the prices seem very reasonable for what is offered. Owners have supported the community for years, including providing a fridge outside for community use.
