“Uniquely seasoned food served promptly and pleasantly. Outdoor seating is available in a private booth design that's very 'public' since it's on the sidewalk. The interior design is remincent of authentic Chinese culture with wooden dragons carved in the wall. You can sit at the bar or sit in the main dining area. The culinary delights are streamed, gluten free or lightly fried. The chilli sauce/oil is a nice surprise it's fragrant with a hint of perfume of anise, cardamom and clove, amongst other herbs, all smothered in oils and Sichuan pepper. I highly recommend this spot.“

“The best dumplings I've ever had! They're so delicious you don't need sauce; you can't even tell they're vegan. I like the Spinach and Potatoes but my favorite is the Butternut Squash. I buy them frozen from Market at the Fareway to cook anytime. If you love dumplings, you need to try MoMos!“

“Great Food and amazing drinks“
“Phenomenal food and exceptional service at a reasonable price point.
Heng Feng is serving quite possibly the best dim sum in the city right now. The crab pork soup dumplings were some of the best I've ever had — juicy, flavorful, and with a wrapping that was juuuust thick enough to securely contain all of the delicious soupy filling. The crystal shrimp dumplings were surprisingly unique — there is a subtle sesame flavor to the wrap that I've never experienced with this dish, they also use whole shrimp for the filling. The garlic cucumber salad was everything I wanted it to be, and went so quickly that I forgot to get a picture of it. Oops!
After demolishing our dim sum spread we followed it up with the Shrimp Ho Fun, a perfectly prepared and incredibly well balanced thick noodle dish — delicious, no notes!
The only thing we had that wasn't super memorable from a flavor/texture standpoint was our dessert, the sweet custard buns. They weren't bad, just not the best I've had. That said they were 100% the most ADORABLE custard buns I've ever had!
Mentioned at the top but it bears repeating, the level of service was exceptional. Fine dining level, in fact. Given how great our overall experience was here it was shocking that this place wasn't more crowded on a Friday night at peak dinner hours. They must not have had a chance to grow a neighborhood following yet since it's fairly newly opened. Highly recommend getting in while it's still easy to grab a table!!!“

“Had a great meal and an even better experience at Mana – Modern Chinese. The standout of the evening was the Shiitake Bao — pillowy buns filled with perfectly seasoned shiitake mushrooms. I could easily eat a whole plate of these!
Next up was the Jade Harmony Fried Rice, a vibrant vegetarian dish wok-tossed with fresh mixed vegetables. It was flavorful, beautifully presented, and definitely another highlight.
For the main course, we shared the Clay Pot Braised Salmon — slow-braised in a soy-infused broth with ginger, scallions, Chinese broccoli, basil, and bell peppers. This dish was a favorite among my dinner companions, with the rich, aromatic broth complementing the salmon perfectly.
The only slight miss for me was the Forbidden Ribs. While the ribs themselves were tender and well-prepared, the sweet-sour balsamic soy glaze wasn’t quite to my taste — so that may just be personal preference so I don’t see as negative.
Overall, Mana delivers an elevated and creative take on modern Chinese cuisine. The service was top-notch, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere comfortable. I highly recommend visiting — and I’ll definitely be back!“
