It’s my first time came to this Dunkin donut place i decided to order “12 donuts” for my families and nieces because they love donuts. So I came there and order it. And after I got home I found out that they only gave me 11 donuts instead 12 donuts and they charge me 12 donuts idk what to say but always check your box when you purchase something because I had some stuff carry on my hand so I didn’t really check, if anyone does purchasing anything like a box of 12 donuts...read full review

I am a usual customer there. I went to get iced coffee in the evening, they ran out of iced coffee and the machine was broken. The young girl just gave me water coffee from the fridge. she could've have told me to wait instead of giving me water. This is ridiculous.

This is by far the BEST dunkin' doughnuts downtown, Inside the fashion district inside Septa regional rails platforms. Ms. NOOR an other employees there are so pleasant with customers, she has a wonderful personality towards others.They also have the best coffee and lattes made there ☕☕
