This restaurant fully re-established my appreciation of restaurant and food culture while also enhancing my food palate. I’ve been dining at the Boozy Mutt (and other pathetic restaurants) too long to appreciate good restaurants.
That was probably some of the *best* pasta I’ve ever had in my life. The rigatoni was my favorite but the gnocchi and drinks were great too. Also the sorbet!!!!!! We sat inside and it is a bit tight and loud but it’s still easy to talk and the coolest part is watching the cooks make the food in front of you and the chef and servers expediting the food which breaks norm of the traditional restaurant that does all of this in the back.

We got a last minute reservation and sat at the bar overlooking the busy stove/ food prep area. Every bite was delicious and it was fun to watch them stage the orders.
At the end of the meal, a gentleman fell rather badly on the floor behind us. The staff were incredible ON it! Helped him up gently and resettled him with dignity and grace.
We would have awarded five stars without this incident, but a sixth star might have come in handy here.
