Flambo Indian/Caribbean Restaurant is a very pretty spot with excellent service and wonderful food. The owner takes time to welcome guests to this recently opened Indian/Asian/Caribbean restaurant. The Drunken Noodles with Shrimp is outstanding, and the Hummingbird with sorrel is delicious. The signature drink, sex on a boat, is so good. Doubles are not to be missed. For a West Indian/Caribbean fix, the doubles, bake and shark, stew chicken, and curry chicken are authentic and full of flavor. The jerk wings are so yummy, and the themed drinks are cute. Friendly staff provide exceptional service, and the vibe is warm and welcoming with generous portions.
