Had the limited time Bahn Mi (so unfortunately may not be available for when you go) but my god was that a good sandwich! Every bit of it was perfectly delicious down to the house made bread that had some really enjoyable crunch to its crust! 🤤
We had a great experience at Heavy Metal Sausage. The cheese plate and pulled pork entrees were fabulous. The owner was a really friendly guy. He recommended two types of sausages that were seasonal that were wonderful on the grill!
Loved it! Interesting and high-quality meat board. Clockwise from bottom left: a buttery, spreadable chicken liver paté with a hint of cognac (?); a firm and gelatinous head cheese; a rustic country paté; a surprisingly mild blood and tongue baloney; and an incredible duck ham that came across as a slightly gamier cousin of pork ham.
