They are consistently inconsistent. Sometimes very good, but other times bad. We order here at least once a month. Tonight was even worse than a couple of weeks ago. General Tso's tasted like pine, fried rice was boiled rice with food coloring, egg rolls were greasy and the oil tasted OLD!
Small menu but everything we got was good. Bright interior and friendly service. The restaurant was nearly empty when we went for dim sum. Lots of items on the menu were out of stock but we enjoyed what we ordered. Cucumber salad and chili oil wontons were stand outs. Soup dumplings were solid but one had broken in cooking. Karaage chicken was bright and crunchy. Boa buns were super tender. Would recommend as a great dim sum option in Rittenhouse.

The crab pork soup dumplings were some of the best I've ever had — juicy, flavorful, and with a wrapping that was juuuust thick enough to securely contain all of the delicious soupy filling.
