I can't believe I am the first to review Horne's. All of his food is good, but what he does best are cheesesteaks. My wife and I have eaten at pretty much every cheesesteak joint in Philly. Dalessandros? Good to great. Johnny's Hots, also good to great. Pat's and Jim's? Meh, overrated. The list goes on.
