Very nice quiet atmosphere. Very peaceful and I loved seeing the daughter and Mom duo. It's was refreshing to see considering I brought my daughter along with me. The Boba my daughter ordered wasn't sweet to her liking, and she was going to add additional sugar, however the owner called my daughter over to fix the drink. It's the little things and this business has it! ❤️
She’s very kind and it’s very peaceful! A great place for me to just eat and relax while I study. I come here occasionally when I have the time and just want a place to unfold. Would recommend to anyone close by.

Tasty Boba tea with lots of interesting options to choose from. Great service, and nice atmosphere. There's a piano, amps, and a guitar there so I wonder if they do shows or open mics sometimes. I would definitely recommend getting some bubble tea here for sure. There are some tasty food options as well.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian Bahn Mi option.Parking: I was able to park basically right out front on the street. There are a good amount of open spots around there.
One of the best vegan banh mi's I've ever had! They use different types of vegan viet sausages and mushroom pate to mimic non-vegan banh mi's, and they absolutely nailed it! So the next time you crave a tofu banh mi from a local establishment (...hint hint), come here instead and crunch down on this flavorful delight! And don't forget to grab some ice tea with crystal Boba!
