Service quality has declined significantly. The average wait time is now around 45–50 minutes on Saturday, and the food is served in an unhygienic manner—no gloves are used while food touching by servers’ bare hand.
It appears that family members, possibly children, have taken over serving duties. I even had to collect my order myself and bring it to the table.
