“I went to Nom Chon and ordered the tteokbokki with cheese. The tteokbokki with cheese was delicious. They bring an appetizer with the tteokbokki, which was mediocre.

The atmosphere is nice and quiet. Not fancy, but comfortable. You pay after you eat, which can cause confusion, like in my case. Not a big deal, but a little embarrassing when the person working the register yelled out loud that I had not paid for my food.

Overall experience: 4 out of 5.“

“I think this is hands down the cleanest of the three H Marts in the city. Everything feels organized, bright, and well stocked. I will say, if you do not have a car, the walk over can feel a little sketchy. But once you’re inside, it is absolutely worth it.

We came to grab groceries but also happened to catch the Lunar New Year land blessing ceremony. We had no idea where it was being held, so we asked a few staff members. They were SUPER kind and walked us toward the front, even though it seemed like they had not been fully briefed on the event. They still did their best to help and were so patient about it.

I love ready made food sections and this one does not disappoint. I grabbed blood sausage and some prepared fish and both were amazing. The blood sausage was rich and savory, great texture, not overly gamey. The fish was fresh, well seasoned, and flaky without being dry. Truly solid.

My friend exclusively buys her meat here because she says it is well priced and trustworthy, which says a lot. The produce looks great, the aisles are clean, and there is even an attached cafeteria if you want to eat before or after shopping.

Overall just a great experience. Clean, friendly, good food. I will absolutely be back.“

I would skip the pancake next time, but the sides are amazing and they have great service. Free private parking lot too! I love the peaceful ambiance. As a black bean paste fan, I ordered jjamppong at Yonghwaru, which I visited in Philadelphia, USA because I was missing the taste of Korea.
I actually ate everything except the soup.
Was Jjamppong this delicious? I didn't find it particularly attractive in Korea. Maybe it's because it's in America?

“Second time having it. Food is amazing each time. I ordered in first time and second time doordashed. Presentation is amazing and nice and crispy outside and tender juicy inside. I called to make sure they include pickled radish. Because sometimes other places dont give it unless you request. Owner was nice and kind to offer bigger size radish. And I didnt pick sauce. He included some sauce on the side for me to try. Each time their service is amazing. Offering additional flavor to try. Etc. I cannot wait to try more.

Even after several hours, cold one was still so good. Reminded me of authentic Korean chicken I had when I was growing up in korea. Brought me right back to that old memory. Never thought fried chicken would make me sentimental by reminiscing old days......“

This was the 24 with beef - if you love beef then this meal will be right for you. I love the taste, and the portions are great. On top of that you get fried chicken with a veggie dumpling, and kimchi. Only for 11 bucks

“I love Chinese food, and every time I visit a Chinese restaurant, I try to taste something new. This time I went for the chicken and rice. It was quite spicy, and I really liked it! The only downside is that the place is very crowded and the wait time is long, but everything else is great.“

“This Mari Mari is inside H Mart z it can be overwhelming with a big crowd . This is my first time trying Mari and they did not disappoint. Most of my rolls were cook rolls and only $11 I believe for 18 rolls . I also had an refreshing lemonade drink with was on a sweet side my good . “A very affordable and nice hot pot/KBBQ experience in the northeast! It's well decorated, has great ambience and some of the ingredients are excellent quality. Some of the ingredients aren't as great though (I recommend staying away from the sausage and spam). The LA Galbi (bulgogi) and lamb were excellent though. Service was really nice, but I strongly recommend taking a picture of the ingredients you order before giving it to your server, they definitely missed a few items we put in. Overall, I had a great time and recommend this for experienced hot pot goers who want an affordable experience in the NE.“
