My colleague and I arrived today on a delayed flight and decided to eat an early dinner this afternoon around 5pm. Tired from traveling, we decided to make it easy and eat at the hotel’s Local Restaurant. The bartender was also our waiter. He was very nice and took our order promptly. They added 18% gratitude to Togo food after refusing to take an order over the phone from my room. Unbelievable abuse of the system. No food is worth eating here. I paid a tip to walk down there and wait over 30 minutes for food late night when the crowd wasn’t eating. Terrible policy for a hotel.

This place is awful. The service is really bad. I waited an hour for my food. I am on my 3rd day here for training and I pray the rain stop or its delivery for the rest of my stay. The food came cold once I got it. So disappointing. I think they don’t care because the gratuity it already included.
