Food is generally good but They have messed up my order twice now through Uber eats. Which is a major inconvenience for me and my family. I order food to feed several and they only gave me enough to feed one person. Then told me oh Uber will refund it without even taking into account now I have to spend more money, wait extra time, and reorder to feed my family. Can't say enough good about Original Boston. GrubHub accidentally sent them a previous order and they quickly dispatched the corrected order. All staff is polite and courteous. Can't thank them enough. It's nice to see that there are still some businesses that stand behind their service.
