One of my favorite restaurants in Philly, in general. The staff is accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The food is consistent and has more flavor and soul than most restaurants you go to these days. In general, Palizzi is fantastic for dates, casual drinks, or a full-blown meal with a few friends.

My buddy took me here on Friday, and as a lifelong Philadelphian that now lives in Denver, this place was all you could hope for and more. 10/10 food, ambiance, service, vibes, evvvvvverything. We sat at the bar and got half the menu. The ravioli ABSOLUTELY lives up to the hype. One of the best, most unique things I’ve ever eaten.

So, I'm originally from Philly but have been living in Italy for 30 years and normally I don't eat italian outside of Italy. If you're from Sweden, are you looking for Swedish meatballs in Japan? But I heard about this place via the "all-knowing" internet, and it piqued my interest. Turns out this is a members only restaurant. ? But not only did the door man let us enter, he welcomed us and gave us the immediate feeling of greeting with no sense of him doing us a favor. Living in Italy, I've realized food tastes better when it is served by charming and friendly people. Both of those boxes were checked and double-checked. And now the food! Delicious, delectable, and overall dy-no-mite!! (J.J. Walker voice). No spoilers, but I will leave you with this: Brown Butter Sauce!!!! I want a membership, even though I live across the Atlantic.
