“The service was excellent and efficient, and the servers were very polite. The food was delicious, and serving sizes were generous. Great location just across from the hotel. The fact that it was late gave us a healthy option when it was too late to eat a heavy meal.“
“I love this spot. I'm a coffee guy and Panera is top 5 when it comes to who you can rely on for some good coffee... The food is good too.. I used to swing by just for the coffee but recently ordered some food and was pleasantly shocked to see how big the portions were.. I ate good. I recommend the Mac n Cheese but I also tried their Cheesesteak Hoagie which slaps too... The cookies and brownies good too cant lie. Besides that the vibe is very calm. Staff are really respectful and caring. You can tell and sense they really care about their guests and customers, not a lot of places like that left so when I seense that type of energy in a place of business, especially food spots, main thing and 1st thing I pay attention to is how do they treat the people they are servicing? This Panera right here, specifically, off 12th & Vine, they treat their people with heart and empathy. They people people...
My only complaint... Not enough power sockets but I'm being nit picky.. Not really a complaint... meh“
“have been to this branch more than 10 times. standard panera, they’ve never gotten my order wrong even with my special requests. occasionally the food takes a little long to come even after the screen/app says it’s done but no big issue. love the large seating area on level 2 although i personally find the music a little distracting for work. the manager seems very friendly and proactive.“
“For just having opened this week, this Panera has exceeded expectations. Jesse who was overseeing operations was right in the mix, making sure customers were getting the best experience possible. He had the biggest smile on his face and had excellent customer service. Kudos to you Jesse and the whole team.“
“Always great soups/food, fast service unless its during rush hour than you'll have a little bit of a wait. Cheddar broccoli soup, wild street corn, cream of rice & mushroom, bread bowls, mac&cheese, caprese sandwiches are always great.“
