I just moved from south philly to University city and wanted to grab something to eat it’s around the corner from my house I’ve been here for then a couple times & I have never been disappointed in the food it’s always fast & delicious if you want some good quality food for cheap I would definitely recommend this place it is so good!!
Head and shoulders above all else around here. So much of this city is striving for the bare minimum (and still failing, often). I'm in here a few times a week and always greeted with a smile. They always have what I want (even when I'm drinking NA beer - a category overlooked by too many).
I have to be honest here. Storing hop heavy, juice, and hazy beers on the shelf ruins how the Brewers intended them to taste. After spending $160 here, 80% of my purchase was completely ruined. Keep the hops in the cooler from the time you receive it and purge your inventory from severely dated brews. Take the loss and retain your hop loving customer base. Pasqually's Pizza, Beer & Wine in West Philadelphia is a family-owned restaurant with a chill vibe and a great beer selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, offering a wide variety of beer styles from around the world, including gluten-free and N/A options. The restaurant boasts the best beer selection in West Philly, with a great selection of craft beer, cider, and wine. While the pizza is remarkably bad—world class bad—the fries are great. The seating area is perfect for enjoying a drink and chatting with friends, and they often play local sports, making it a cozy and lively spot. The food offers a nice variety, including burgers, wraps, and gyros, and the service is excellent. Although the place isn't the prettiest or the cleanest, it has a homey feel and is easily the favorite neighborhood spot for both takeout and dining in. The owners are very attentive to their customers, always greeting and asking how everyone is doing, which adds to its reputation as a neighborhood staple. Despite its reputation for bad pizza, Pasqually's remains a wonderful business and a welcoming space for locals of all ages.
