The food was disgusting everything tasted the same. I ordered fried calamari, French fries, fried shrimp and onion rings the grease was atleast 2weeks old. On the door and on the menu it says grease is changed fresh everyday that's a lie. I will not return to this store again.

Food portions were very small in relation to the actual price. I just got truffle fries and boneless chicken. Fries were good but the chicken was terrible and the garlic sauce didn't help at all. The servers/workers must not like POC, they were very impolite and unwelcoming when I entered there business

For context: My roommate and I came here just over an hour before closing. I had gotten off a 15 hour shift, eaten nothing, and still had things to do. The food and proportions were good and made sense for their lower price. Our server did wonderful upkeep while we were eating. I felt bad that we came in so close to closing, so I wanted to give a cash tip but had none on me. My general plan was to not set a cc tip (because it gets taxed both in transaction and paycheck) and ask when would be a good time to give the server the cash tip. I had his face, name, and the receipt. What ended up happening is we got harrassed for not tipping even though I explained myself, tried to be force to write down a tip (I have had this happen before and they still took it off my card), and yelled at us not to come back. I refuse to come back, refuse to give out good recommendations, and now refuse to give the $20 tip. Do not yell at your customers, especially when they pay a good amount on food alone.

Personally, I have a fondness for their white snowing cheese sauce, although I must admit that all their sauces are truly outstanding. My friends and I got the bone-in combo. It was huge. Half plain/half sauced. Sweet and spicy sauce was great with a nice kick.
Soy garlic wings had a nice sweetness and crisp to them. They carry a lot of soju flavors too.

I was disappointed with my visit. The chicken coating was super salty without not much else flavor. While the texture was very crispy, flavor was highly lacking. It lacked depth as it was simply salty or spicy.

why did the server take away the itemized receipt when i got the check to sign? i tip around 20% usually, but i would’ve gave a 35%+ tip if i hadn’t went back to ask for the itemized receipt. watch out for these games that servers play
