The crispy spicy with the elementary spicy is A1. Truffle fries one of the best around and great service
Extremely rude manager on the phone. Did not deliver my chicken, and then told me "to go ahead and leave a bad review" since he would not be replacing the 60$ worth of undelivered items. He said that he's been here for 7 years so his business is too big to fail. Terrible customer service.
Good service and delicious food.

Pelicana Chicken and Boba Tea - University City offers delicious food, with amazing chicken and sauces. The fried chicken is the best, enjoyed with all different kinds of sauce, and the garlic fried chicken is the best around. Other menu items like fried rice, tteobokki (or tuckboki), and oden broth are also really good. The Korean hot dogs stay pretty crunchy. The atmosphere is comfortable and fun for sharing good food and beer with friends. Service is usually excellent, friendly, and attentive from both the server and owner. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. One delivery order had chicken that was very gristly, with very little meat and a rubbery texture, lacking proper crunch and juicy interior. Another pickup order for 16 wings received only 2 tablespoonfuls of sauce on the side, and the counter staff was discourteous and rude when asked for more, charging extra. Quality has dropped for both food and service at times.
