Tried this hidden gem in O’Fallon, MO for the first time for Free Pretzel Day and honestly these have been the best pretzels I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back to try more of their delicious looking menu items. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, it felt like I walked into a family member’s house with how happy they were to see us. This type of authenticity is not common nowadays so I’d definitely recommend Philly Pretzel Factory 🥰

We love your pretzels fresh and warm. Today I stopped and was very disappointed. The pretzels are hard like a stale left over. Please fresh and warm or at least fresh not hard. Thank you

Not only are the pretzels amazing, but the staff and owners are phenomenal. I locked my keys inside my car along with my phone this morning. Madelyn was SO KIND to help me every step of the way until my provider could get there to unlock my car. I feel so so blessed. I will AWAYS go back here. Thank you again
