Terrible service. Hostess was very rude! Will not be back! Downtown Philadelphia is a diverse crowd and a melting pot of many different people which makes living in the city great! My daughter and I should not be treated any different from our other counterparts. Please train your hostess and ensure it does not happen again! The food was great but the experience especially in front of my little girl I will never be back!

The food was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Our waitress was frequently unavailable, and we often found her chatting with other tables instead of checking on ours. We had to wait longer than expected for assistance, which took away from an otherwise excellent dining experience. If the service were improved, this restaurant would be outstanding.

We hosted a luncheon here and they did an excellent job. Great food and atomosphere for a networking event.

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that we only received one piece of bread each.

Everything was great except the draft beet. This is the third straight time I've been there where I had to send the beer back and switch to bottles. The beer is never really cold, it's flat and it has a funky taste that indicates the lines are never cleaned. Stick to bottles!!

The vegan pasta mentioned in the open table menu was not available at the restaurant. It was disappointing, but we had the eggplant parm pizza with vegan cheese and it was great. The chicken parm was a bit salty.

The lunch menu offers fine choices at very reasonable prices. The food itself is excellent.

Great experience as always for an early pm Christmas Eve lunch with family. Food and staff were fantastic and helped make the day special. Highly recommended

Lovely surprise. First time there. Excellent margherita pizza, and first rate branzino and eggplant parm. e will definitely be back!

It felt like we were being rushed out. Calamari was terrible & I almost drank out of a dirty cup provided.

Would not return. Our entrees took over 45 mins to arrive. After 30 mins we noticed other tables had bread. We had to ask for it as our group was hungry and our server didnt bring any. When the food finally came, one entree was missing and mine in particular was very salty. Also it was very loud so we were straining to hear each other.

Great coal fired pizza! We had dinner reservations for 6:00 pm, we were close by for lunch and could not wait to try their pizza so we stopped in for lunch. Had the Margarita pizza which was superb! We kept our dinner reservations and went back again. If we had more time I would eat there again!

We recently ate at Pietro's in Philadelphia. I had reserved a table for eight, including a toddler, for the Friday night of the Philly Marathon weekend. Early Friday, Pietro's called to confirm the reservation and kindly asked that we arrive on time, mentioning they would be plating over 800 dinners that night. We arrived promptly for our reservation, and I could not be happier with the experience. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We shared several different appetizers, dinners, and pizzas, all of which were excellent. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, we never felt rushed or as if someone was waiting for our table. Pietro's is a fantastic spot, and I hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did.

The pappardelle with short rib was absolutely scrumptious! We will be going back for more, soon.
