Remodel way over due,roaches by trash can inside,pizza not as good as in 1990 early 2000s.

Pizza House Express is a place worth giving a second chance. The new staff member is very polite and makes customers feel good. The salmon Alfredo was delivered quickly and hot, but the salmon wasn't cooked properly and the Alfredo sauce had too much mozzarella cheese, making it solid once cooled. However, the noodles and broccoli were cooked perfectly. The meat lovers pizza was delicious and the staff inside were charming. Customers may want to try their combination pizza, vegetarian stromboli, veggie oven grinder, or grilled cheese, which are really good. The service is helpful and the place is clean, with nice crowds at the takeout window. Many say it’s the best pizza in Philadelphia, with good people working there. It’s a North Philly secret worth trying on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for a pleasant experience.
