“First this may be the best Popeyes in the chain. Company or franchise. The manager in the picture SA is incredibly nice. The other part of the picture is the cleanliness, this is during lunch rush. Food was incredibly fresh. If your in West Philly come to 56th and Lancaster for lunch you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks again SA!!!!“

“My favorite Popeyes. The food is always hot. They are very efficient at handling the take out orders. They have forgotten my biscuits a couple of times, but they did not give me an issue about getting them to me. Always fully staffed. I highly recommend you order ahead through the app to save yourself a lot of time. It is very busy and walk-ins i assume get their food last.“
“I went may 19,2025 there was a young lady in the drive thru with hazel eyes I believe here name was ezanthia, please 🙏 forgive me for the spelling. I got a short glimpse. Anyways, her customer service on point. Her presentation and helping me navigate through the menu was excellent 👌. The whole staff was hustling to get people food out, it seems like they work as a unit. Shot out to the manager. Because your work shows! Please 🙏 give that lady in the drive thru a raise! It's hard to find dedicated workers!“
“Nice and clean very focused staff, they are really good at getting your order to you as soon as possible. If you're ever in the mood for Popeyes after the Phillies, eagles, flyers game come to this one it has the best quality I've had in a while and their Mac and cheese is worth every penny. Please show the staff appreciation for what they do it's actually worth the money.“
“okay so i came in wanting one of the chicken wraps but they were out 😩 so i ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich combo instead... and honestly? no regrets.
the sandwich was so good — super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that spicy sauce? yeah, it did what it was supposed to do 🔥 lol. the bun was soft and warm too, not dry like other places. fries were fresh and actually hot (rare lol) and the drink was perfect.
lowkey i forgot all about the wrap by the time i was halfway through the sandwich. 10/10 would get it again. popeyes spicy sandwich still undefeated.“
“This Place has been getting better. The manager Mohammad is really professional and well mannered. He handle the customer complaint in a very respectful way and resolved the issue within seconds. First time seeing a manager with polite attitude.“
“I know it’s kinda weird to see a review for fast food restaurants, but honestly I think this is the best Popeyes in the city. Consistently better made food and better service than other Popeyes I’ve been to. Sometimes yk they’ll make mistakes here and there but it’s fast food. “This is the most friendliest popeyes o have ever been to. The cashiers were very nice. I have ordered the 12 pcs family meal, chicken was hot and the Mac and cheese was perfect for me. I añdo hoy 2 Apple pies, it was just lovely. I came to drive-thru, they were very fast. By the time i came to the window to pay, Food was ready by that.“
“i went at 8 o’clock today and it was busy so I did a mobile pick up. I waited about 8 minutes in my car and then walked in. My order was just finishing up. They forgot one item bur when I asked they gave it to me right away ! Quick and amazing customer service. Staff were also moving both dine in and pick up orders fast. 10/10 location and staff“

“Update since their upgrade : A lot better. They updated the building. The newer staff other than the ones they kept seem to be more professional. Long as they keep it up and get people there that actually care the only downside would be that this location doesn’t have a drive thru option.“
“All fast food chain in center city sucks and this Popeyes is the probably the only one that aren’t bad. I always order directly on Popeyes app in advance for pick up, and it’s always ready within 5 mins. Really impressive consistency. But the food sometimes aren’t correct. I still get the sandwich with pickles when I ordered no pickle.“
“I used to not like popeyes that much untill i crosses paths with this location they have never ever NEVER messed up my order it is always hot and fresh and if they tell you “5 minutes wait” just know its finna be FIRE HOT AND CRISPY JUICY EVEN. “The food is good the service is friendly only complain I had was I ordered the 2 classic chicken sandwiches with small fries and drink I had a coupon it was myself and a family member I had came off work stop by on my way home service was good up till the part I had the drinks first which is fine after I paid for the food I had to wait about 5min after my order for the sandwiches which others were made also probably for another order was cool until I seen my order slip next to two of the sandwiches right next to the fries and other employees kept grabbing fries for other people order but not mine too many people behind the counter some kept looking and walking back forth like they had no idea what to do stood there for 10min waiting for fries they literally serve the lady behind me her order number was after mine I had to ask what happened to my order like it was not busy inside the drive through might have been little bit busy but it's ridiculous to wait 10min for fries when there was plenty made up other than that service is good just keep eye on your order slip I can see if they had to make more but that wasn't the case word advice don't have too many employees it was like 4 to 5 people behind the counter like one on register was cool but four others walking behind them and only 2 were dilly dalling as if they ain't know what to do just stand there and ignore the order slip next to the sandwiches you put there and 10mins later finish the order after I asked after you serve the number after mine. Any other time I've gone here service was great it was good but with some minor issues is what it is I do like this location don't have to travel too far to get good food that's a bonus“
“I am always satisfied when I come here- the service is always fast and friendly. They only have a few booths but they always seem to have one open when I choose to dine in. The drive thru is always popular but moves really quickly. And it’s always clean inside. Great place for a fast food option on Broad Street. Thanks for all your hard work to all of you at Popeyes!“

“OUTSTANDING!!My son and I wanted some Popeys and ordered our food and everything was fresh biscuits were fresh and buttery not dry ,The chicken was hot and juicy ,mac and cheese was so good it was baked and had crust on top and mash was fresh .Excellent 😋 food and service.This is the best Popeys we have been to.“
“So, this is a good Popeyes. The food is hot, I see them making it fresh, and they're generally fast. It's difficult to understand a few of the cashiers or the person at the drive through though. Bad employees don't seem to last long and good employees seem to stick around. That's a good sign that this place has good management. It's just frustrating that the person who deals with the customers clearly has difficulty speaking English but they do make an effort to provide good service.“
“The manager here is amazing! I ordered from door dash a couple of days ago and a mistake was made of receiving the wrong wings. I called in and the manager let me know to come in any time and he will replace it for me. Now 10 days later that I have the time, he did not forget & gave me what I ordered fresh and brought it out to me. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you sir!!!“
“It was a random Tuesday, service was prompt, I was in & out, chicken was hot & ready, biscuits were fresh & warm, sides were on point & apple pies were piping hot. There was 1 person in line ahead of me. No wait time. There is nothing negative to say. Keep up the good work 👏🏾“
“Ive been coming to this Popeyes for years and I’ve seen this place at its worst, and it’s definitely at its best. Thanks to the manager. Spanish lady with glasses. It used to be filthy with a bunch of ppl randomly hanging in there, selling DVDs, now,… it’s clean, fast, convenient and you can actually sit inside and have a great meal. That’s all. “My go to Popeyes in Philly. It may sound strange but fast food in Philly is hit or miss depending on the location. I love their apple pies. They usually have them in stock. Seldom you may find they have not received a delivery of food on the menu, but for the most part all menu items are available. They carefully take the time to complete your order which makes for a long wait in line sometimes. It has free parking in the lot with Fresh Grocer.“
“This location is very convenient to my job. I always go as soon as they're open at 10 am sharp. I always get the same thing...spicy fish sandwich w/ spicy aolii w pickles, coleslaw, beans & rice and a frosty lemonade ? mostly every Friday ? imma be SAD ? when the fish sandwich was discontinued“
“Service and food being actually cooked unlike other locations is five stars and none this is the best Popeyes around anymore all the other Popeyes roster chicken and you can taste the difference and I hate when you order spicy tenders and they mix in mild because they don’t have spicy. I threw them away and I never go back to that location because I like spicy tenders only not mild. That’s why I asked for all spicy, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal“
“Food is great, the customer service is great too. However, the moment I got in, the first thing I walked into were hood boogers being disrespectful towards the employees. Hire an arm guard for this location so that those people can act straight and be put in their place when they act up. This is a great location for a Popeyes, and I'd hate for the staff to quit because of the bad apples.“

“I just love Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
We had the 8 piece dinner with no sides. And when I get fried chicken I always drink Diet Coke. I figured the calories would kind of be balanced that way.

“Been there over 5 times. Popeyes fried chickens are the best in the world! The chickens look good and taste crachy, and the employees are friendly! The only downside is the neighborhood isn't very safe, so I suggest avoid coming at the night.
Other than that, worth to give it a shot“
“The chicken was good but it don't look like the picture that's displayed because when I first saw it, I was like I went to Popeyes but not that one in the picture. The one I went to was in the hood. Windows dirty, service slow, and a bunch of ghetto folks always in there!!!“
“I had a good experience in this place. The food was good. However, the service was not as good. Cashier are a little inpatient with clients that struggle with the language, making the store look unprofessional. Overall, this is a really peaceful and quiet place but the service could be better.“
