Great Popeyes! I never liked the Mac and cheese from here until recently. The recipe changed and I'm happy about that. It taste good now. Service is awesome. I fo there al.ost anytime I'm on Aramingo ave.
Tried the new strawberry biscuit and got the 6.99 2 pcs box. The strawberry biscuit, it taste better than the regular biscuit but 1 for $1.79 is a bit much. You instantly smell strawberry when you open the lid, glaze on top plays its part. Its served hot/warm and its best to eat it while its hot. Again its ok but not for the price. Chicken box was the usual. Got spicy dark meat, rice and beans and mash..all good. Staff was nice.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken. I ate 2 of the thighs ..it tasted like some type of chemical was in or on the chicken...while I was eating I literally felt like I was getting sick. I threw it away. Also the macaroni and cheese is low standard..don't bother getting it. Popeyes should work on their recipes it's slacking big time.
