They gave my uber order to someone else, never got my food and paid 20$ extra to recieve nothing. They argue with you here and nobody understands a word you say

This was the worse place for me to even be at me and my family only ordered four meals from here and they all were cold, they forgot a whole meal for two people and the manager that was on shift was just telling everyone “one minute” “one minute” my brother waited for his order since 7:08 we just left the store at 7:40 this is an absolute disaster and on top of that his order was not even the correct order we all asked for the surf and turf and they gave my brother chicken wings and fries and whomever was on register he’s too old and don’t need to be on the register if he doesn’t know how to comprehend it sorry but not sorry 🤷🏽♂️ whole experience was an absolute mess do better next time! ANDDDDDD another thing they also weren’t attentive as they needed to be many people we’re fused at the fact they we all had to wait up to for 45 minutes for food and missing an 8Pc butterfly shrimp this is absolutely ridiculous
