My favorite Jamaican in Philly to date, and I've tried a few. Tender, saucy oxtails over herby rice and peas, curry goat that warms you all the way down, balanced jerk with just the right spice, and to make it an even easier pitch: helpings so large they could kill a man. Cash only, so make sure you've got some, and banter with the guys through the grate window while you're waiting - they're awfully funny.
