Let's just say this places leaves alot to be desired (to put it lightly). The store has an unique smell (not a regular hoagie shop smell either). The employee's attitude after me asking her to change gloves due her emptying the trash can, was enough for me to spend my money at another establishment. If you guys plan to stay open in such an "elite part" of Philly please provide additional training to all of your employees ASAP.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches are spot on, and other days half of the ingredients are missing or the bread is rock hard. Sandwich prices went up, quality went down . I seem to get better quality at the Roxborough location .

Something is off right now at this location..I don’t know if they have new owners or management but it’s ODD. Interactions with the staff are ODD. They didn’t take my husbands name down for the order or any other identifying information.. acted completely bewildered when I asked them to look into the order because he spoke with someone and we were well past the time they gave us for a pick up order. I gave the counter staff multiple options for how she could find the order...
