I used to love the bagles. I was so sad when I went there Saturday morning to find out they shut the bakery down. Those bagles you were baking were the best I've ever had and told a lot of people about them. The ones you are selling now are not nearly as good. I sure hope you can get the bakery back up and running.
Customer Service is one of the most important aspects of a good restaurants. I was the 3rd person in line and the person at the register carried on a personal conversation for more than 5min with another client. After the personal conversation, the person at the register then ask, "oh what is your order." The flirtation continued and the line got longer.
