I got there at a bad time so take what I said with a grain of salt, your experience may be better.

The worker's attitude was not all that great, it was as if they were tying to rush me to get my order completed despite me already knowing exactly what I wanted from the moment I went in. The things I ordered were not even portioned right. I never went to a Rita's that was skimpy with portions before but here we go.

Customer service was cool Rita's is over rated and over priced compared to other custard and water ice spots still decent but 7.00 for a 16 Oz. Cup of blendi shake lol or whatever it's called

They are beginning to be very overpriced and not worth it if you ask me. For them to mainly sell waterice it shouldn't be almost 7 bucks and the pretzels are going up in price too. Very much starting to lean more towards Fred's Water Ice.
